Voice for Hong Kong: Episode One | Mr. Luke de Pulford
Published: 9th February 2020
'Voice for Hong Kong' is a series of interviews with prominent figures in relation to the Hong Kong Democracy Movement, in which we explore their stories and their vision for freedom and human rights in Hong Kong. It is out on Sundays at 12pm (GMT +0)/ 8pm (GMT+8).
We have had the pleasure to interview Mr. Luke de Pulford, who is currently sitting on the Conservatives' Human Rights Commission and was very vocal about the democratic movement in Hong Kong. In this interview, Luke talked about the necessity for representation and whether this could co-exist with leaderlessness, the role of district councilors in diplomacy, and the usefulness of sanctions.
Watch now to listen to his messages for the people of Hong Kong and the UK public.
